Tickets and Dates:
When do tickets go on sale to the public?
General On Sale begins September 16
Will dates sell out?
Popular weekends, holidays, and Theme Night events may become limited as the season approaches. Popular attractions may also sell out or become limited. The availability will appear on the option screen when purchasing tickets.
What does an arrival window mean?
Timed Entry – One-hour arrival window for admission and a 30-minute arrival window for timed ice skate and Below Zero – no timed exit
Can I change my visit date after purchase?
Yes. Ticket exchanges are based on availability and cannot be done within 24 hours prior to the event. Guests can exchange online at no additional charge. There will be a charge if the ticket price is higher on the exchange date chosen (i.e. exchanging weekday tickets for holiday tickets)
Do you offer cancellations or refunds of tickets or add-ons?
No, refunds are not available but guests can exchange tickets up to 24 hours prior to admission.
Does my infant need a ticket?
Children ages 3 and under are free and do not need a ticket for admission or any additional attractions. Tickets for children 4-12 are at a reduced price. Strollers are permitted on the field.
Add-Ons & Experiences:
When can I reserve additional activities like Ice Skating, the Ice Slide and the Ferris Wheel?
Additional activities can be reserved during the ticket-purchase process or on-site, subject to availability.
Do add-ons sell out?
Experiences such as Ice Skating, the Ice Slide and the Ferris Wheel may become limited on popular dates.
What add-ons are available?
Ice-Skating, Ice Slide, Ferris Wheel, Professional photos with Santa, Parking, and Visit Protection
Can I add experiences after purchasing my tickets?
Yes, you can add experiences on-site
Do children need add-on tickets?
Children ages 3 and under do not need add-on tickets. Children 4 and above do need add-on tickets.
Are strollers permitted?
Yes, strollers are permitted throughout WinterWorld
Is WinterWorld cashless?
Yes, WinterWorld is completely cashless. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and mobile payments are accepted at the ticket office, the Squirrels Nest Team Store, WinterWorld acitivities and at all concession stands.
Will there be flashing lights or loud noises?
What are the age and size requirements for add-ons
Ice Pond: Kids 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Wheelchairs are permitted on the ice at your own risk
Ice Slide: Children must be age four or older to ride, Guests must be a minimum of 42” tall. Guest must weigh less than 300lbs. Only one rider is permitted per tube. Children may not sit on an adult’s lap to ride.
Ferris Wheel: Guests must be a minimum of 54” tall. If under 54” guests must be accompanied by an adult. Guests must be able to board and exit the ride independently.

Are Theme Nights included with my admission?
Yes, Theme Nights are included with your admission tickets.
Parking:
Can I purchase parking?
Yes, parking is available for purchase for $8 in advance or $10 day of in the Yellow, Green, and Red lots.
Is there ADA parking?
Yes. ADA parking is available in the Black and Gold lot.
Is there a rideshare drop off/pick up location?
Yes, rideshare drop-off and pick-up is located in the Red Lot.
